Christina Merlino, CN

We pray that within the pages of this website you will find the kindling needed to spark a journey toward whole health.

“I am able to truly relate to anyone who knows that they are not as healthy as they should be and to those who want to be functioning at a higher level. From childhood into my late 20’s, I simply did not feel well. There were ongoing skin issues (acne and eczema), energy issues, symptoms of depression, yearly sinus infections and more…. And after the birth of my second child it was as though all the health I did have suddenly left my body. Finally, after extensive research and lifestyle changes, and by the grace of God, I was able to rebuild myself and I began to understand what good health really feels like. Obtaining optimal health is both an art and a science and requires great faith knowing that God will lead you to the optimal health that He created each one of us to have. There is no miracle pill or diet. Most of us come into the world already compromised and it takes time, patience, persistence, and prayer in order to restore ones health. From every cross that we are given to shoulder, there will be a resurrection.”
